Concordia Homes has been building new homes in Las Vegas, Henderson and Pahrump, Nevada since 1977.  Our communities include Aviano, Glenbrook Estates, Sage Creek, South Glen, The Canyons at Laughlin Ranch, Pleasant Valley in Pahrump, and Ladera at Del Rio Ranch in Avondale, Arizaona.  We are also proud to be building the only Solar Powered new home community in Nevada, Sommerset.
